Luis Carlos is a lawyer specialized in real estate and environmental law, with a practice focused on strategic legal advice for real estate transactions and investment projects in Mexico. He is actively involved in negotiation processes, legal structuring and risk analysis, working closely with clients and internal teams to design legally sound structures and ensure the proper execution of transactions.
