(“SyS”), located at Campos Eliseos 345, 2nd floor, Chapultepec Polanco, Zip Code 11560, Mexico City, Mexico (the “Domicile”), is responsible for the processing of your personal data, therefore, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its Regulations, and other applicable provisions in force in the matter (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), SyS makes available to you this privacy notice (the “Notice”).
This Notice sets forth the terms and conditions under which the personal data of the individuals that are visiting our webpage (each one of them a “Data Subject”) and that are delivered to SyS, and those that have been generated and continue to be generated by the use of the SyS webpage, will be obtained, stored, used, disclosed and, if applicable, transferred (the “Processing”).

In case you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights or revoke your consent, you must send the form “Request for Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Data and Revocation of Consent” that will be provided by SyS upon request sent to privacidad@s-s.mx or to the Domicile. You must indicate or attach, as appropriate, the information or documentation indicated in such form, which also describes the procedure to resolve your request.
6. Changes to the Privacy Notice
This Notice may be modified at SyS’s discretion in terms of the applicable regulations. Any changes will be communicated by the responsible for publishing the new Notice on our webpage.
