She provides legal advice on the evaluation, incorporation and implementation of corporate governance practices and regulations in this area. She also offers advice on participation in securities issuance processes, deregistration and debt restructuring.
She has also advised various companies in obtaining registration with immigration authorities, work visas for their top officials and their family members, as well as compliance with applicable provisions during the stay of expatriates in Mexico.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from La Salle University, Mexico.
