He is an expert in legal advice, study and preparation of legal defenses, resolution of labor disputes, termination of employment and negotiations of labor disputes, and monitoring and updating of procedural status of litigation.
It also provides assistance and prevention of litigation and contingencies through alternative means of dispute resolution, and coordinates and follows up with the correspondents affiliated with the firm in the Bajío region.
He obtained his law degree from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico.
