Mariana Alcalá has professional experience in real estate, agrarian, corporate, antitrust, compliance and succession planning matters.
In real estate and agricultural matters, her practice revolves around the acquisition, sale, leasing, development and construction of properties, as well as financing and structuring of guarantees.
She has participated in advising multinational companies from all industries in procedures for the acquisition and sale of assets, mainly real estate, throughout the Mexican Republic, drafting contracts, obtaining permits and resolving conflicts at the corporate level.
She obtained her law degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, Mexico.
